Health and wellness….
But make it simple!
-
A clinical nutritionist is a formally recognised health practitioner able to hold Private Health insurance rebates and offer independent nutritional supplementation prescribing, governed by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Act.
-
A nutritionist can help with a huge range of concerns such as sports nutrition and strength gains, weight concerns, digestive health, hormonal health, immunity, chronic disease, allergies, nutritional deficiencies, specific diets, dietary planning, sleep and mood, or overall vitality (to name a few!)
-
Yes! Select health funds may partially cover your nutrition consult. Check with your provider to see what rebates are available to you.
-
The number of appointments required will depend on your initial nutrition assessment, and your goals of treatment and is led by you. At your initial appointment, we will discuss how often you may need to be reviewed to optimise your results. Your nutritional needs are unique to you so this may range from appointments once a fortnight, or just a one off initial consult to set you on the right track!
-
Absolutely. Our services are accessible to everyone, including country and remote areas and overseas. However, if you are located in Perth an in-person appointment is recommended as this means we are able to conduct in-depth body analysis scans to optimise your results.
