We will also take a holistic look at your body systems, touch on your health history and conduct an advanced BIA body scan if necessary so we can track your progress.
Step 3- You will receive an all inclusive treatment plan providing you with the evidence-based education and tools to reach your goals. This may include a comprehensive individualised meal plan, diet and lifestyle advice, recipe ideas and supplement support.
